Return & Refund
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return something, please contact our Support Team, quoting your order reference number, which can be found in your confirmation email. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us and when we process your refund we would deduct the cost of outbound shipping. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If you have requested for your refund to be credited back to your bank account. It usually takes between 2-3 business days for the refunds to be credited to your bank account.
