Are all your products natural?

Yes - all of our products are 100% natural, non-GMO and free of preservatives.

Are all your products certified organic?

Most but not all. Please check specific products for more information. If the word 'organic' is present in the title, then it is indeed organic certified.

Where are your products sourced from?

Are your products safe?

Yes - all of our products are carefully sourced and subject to stringent compliance checks which include Certificates of Inspection, Certificates of Analysis and other testing. They are 100% safe for consumption.

What is the expiry date of your products?

We buy our products in small batches to ensure they are always fresh. The expiry date of each product is printed on the packaging.

Where can I find information on the nutritional values of your products?

You can find this information in each of the product pages and they are also printed on the rear label of each product.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, all of our products (except one) are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The exception is our Oil of Oregano Softgel Capsules which contain bovine gelatine (the liquid drops version however is 100% vegan)

Why are your prices different across Amazon, eBay and your website?

Prices on the various marketplaces can vary and this can be a result of a number of reasons. Sometimes we run promotions on one channel but not necessarily across all channels. In addition, each marketplace charges a different fee per sale.

Do any of your products contain allergens?

No, our products do not contain allergens.

I cannot find the item I am looking for.

If the product you are not looking for is not available on our website, there is a chance it may have been discontinued and no longer available for sale. Please feel free to send us a message if you want to know about a specific product.

The item I am looking for is out of stock.

We are receiving stock on a weekly basis so if a product is out of stock, there is a good chance it would be replenished soon. Simply sign up to ‘out of stock’ email alerts on the products you’re after and we will send you an automated message once those products are back in stock.

Are your product packages environmentally-friendly?

Yes, all of our products, without any exceptions, come in fully-recyclable, environmentally-friendly packaging.

How do I find out about special offers and promotions?

The best way to know about offers and promotions is by signing up to our newsletter. You can also visit our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram.

Can I redeem multiple discount codes at once?

Discount codes cannot usually be combined unless otherwise stated.



Delivery & Returns


How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. We offer free Standard 2nd Class delivery on all UK orders, and 1st Class delivery is charged at £1.99. Standard delivery takes between 2-5 working days and 1st Class delivery takes between 1-3 working days.

Bank holidays and national holidays do not count as working days.

During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter), public holidays, adverse weather conditions or other external factors such as postal strikes, it may take slightly longer for orders to be processed and delivered.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?

It might be possible to cancel an order as long as it has not already been shipped. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop the order from going out. If the order has already been shipped, you can send it back to us for a full refund.

Do you deliver to the Jersey Islands?

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes

Do you ship outside of UK?

For the time being, we only ship to the UK but hope to introduce international shipping in the near future.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please reach out to us and we will be able to advise.

One or more of the items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us with some photos of the damage and we will do our very best to resolve the issue for you in a timely manner.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, items can be returned as long as they have not been opened, within 14 days of receipt.
